Terms of Service / User Agreement

Welcome to the Aadi RO delivery management application. By using this application, you ("user") agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & account

• This application is for the internal use of Aadi RO staff (administrators and employees) and is provided by the company.
• You receive your login credentials from the administrator. You must keep them confidential and not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

2. Permitted use

• Use the application only for tasks related to your job (recording deliveries, payments, customer management, etc.).
• Do not enter false, misleading, or fraudulent data.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned scope (e.g., other employees' deliveries or other areas).
• Do not reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the application without written permission from the company.

3. Location tracking consent (for employees)

When location tracking is enabled by your employer:

• You consent to your device's GPS coordinates being transmitted to the company's server while the delivery page is open on your browser.
• You understand the data is used to verify delivery activity, not for personal surveillance outside working hours.
• You are free to log out of the application when off-duty; no location data is collected after logout.
• You may withdraw consent in writing — note that your employer may then restrict access to features that depend on tracking.

4. Data accuracy

• Information you enter (deliveries, payments, customer details) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Once submitted, delivery and payment records may only be amended by the administrator. Contact the admin for corrections.

5. Availability & updates

• The application is provided "as is". We try to keep it available 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
• When the Privacy Policy or Terms are materially updated, you will be asked to accept the new version on next login.

6. Termination

• The administrator may suspend or remove any user account at any time, especially if these terms are violated.
• On termination, your access ends but historical data (deliveries, payments) may be retained for legal/accounting needs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aadi RO is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the application (e.g., temporary outages, data entry errors, network failures).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the company's registered city.

9. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box on the login flow and pressing "Submit", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
