This Privacy Policy explains how Aadi RO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our delivery-management application.
1. What we collect
- Account information: Your name, mobile number, role (admin/employee), and login credentials.
- Employee work data: Assigned service areas, monthly salary, joining date, deliveries made, payments collected.
- Customer records (admin/employee only): Customer name, mobile, address, billing history.
- Location data (employees only): When enabled by the administrator, your phone's GPS coordinates are collected periodically while you have the delivery page open. Accuracy and speed may also be recorded.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security.
- Activity logs: Records of significant actions (login, delivery marked, payment recorded, etc.) for audit purposes.
2. How we use the information
- To deliver water bottles, generate invoices, and collect payments.
- To assign and track field deliveries efficiently.
- To verify that employees follow agreed routes and visit assigned customers (location tracking).
- To prevent fraud, secure your account, and meet legal obligations.
3. Location tracking — special notice for employees
If location tracking is enabled, your real-time GPS coordinates are sent to our server roughly once every minute while the delivery page is open in your browser. This data is used solely to verify field activity and improve delivery operations. You will see a visible indicator on the delivery page whenever tracking is active.
Location pings older than 7 days are automatically deleted from our database.
4. Who can see your information
- Administrators of this Aadi RO account can see employee and customer data.
- Each employee can only see customers in their assigned service area and their own records.
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
- We may share data only when required by law (court order, government request, etc.).
5. How long we keep it
- Account, delivery, and billing records: as long as your account remains active or as required by accounting/tax law.
- Location pings: 7 days (auto-deleted).
- Activity logs: retained for audit purposes.
6. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including India's DPDP Act, 2023), you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent to optional processing (e.g., location tracking) — although your employer may then restrict your access to features that depend on it.
- Request deletion of your data when no longer needed for legal or operational purposes.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, password hashing, CSRF tokens, server-side validation) to protect your information. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please keep your password confidential and report any suspicious activity immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will increment the version number and ask you to accept the updated policy on your next login.
